Hand surgeon

Jeff Ecker is an absolute master in his craft. There is nothing I would of changed about my experience with him and his staff. My wrist is without a doubt better and if it weren't for him and his amazing therapists I don't know if I could say that. 100% recommended.

Unfortunately poor customer service by reception staff when arriving. I had asked for help as the pre-screening forms on the tablet were not loading. The staff member seemed annoyed that I had asked, however, no clear instructions were given, initially I was rushed into the process.I also believe the waiting room for the medicals could be more comfortable and inviting, it felt uneasy, more space between patients is needed (especially with COVID)(especially if you’re the only female in the room).All staff during the medical process we’re excellent and made me feel comfortable. However, I unfortunately won’t be returning again.

Jeff is by far the most amazing surgeon & human being. His ethos, his passion for cutting edge practice, his contribution to the scientific community, his generosity & compassion, his high tech equipment..... I count myself an amazingly blessed past patient. I have my movement back & I am pain free. Exceptional surgeon & service. I have a friend with a lifelong disability I am going to recommend see Jeff. I believe he can make his life better, like he did mine.Thanks Jeff, you showed me the greatest kindness & you fixed my wrist so beautifully. And I love your appreciation for colour & patterns & unlikely combinations. You always had time for appreciating those colours & patterns that inspire me, too.

I had a good experience with RediMed.The staff were friendly and helpful.They were very efficient with their time management and I was in and out in 1hr30mins.This was for a Commercial Vehicle Medical Assessment (PCDM).Highly recommend

We have just finished treatment with Dr Blennerhasset and his team for my daughter. The entire experience from the first appointment to follow up reviews have been above expectation and we could not have asked for a better service. As a doctor myself I was determined to find the best person to carry out my daughters surgery and I am confident that we did. Communication and continuity was great as Paula in admin kept us updated with everything, was always available and knew who I was immediately when I called. Lisa the nurse knew our whole story and saw us regularly and was great with my daughter. Dr Blennerhasset made sure that we had time to ask our questions and kept us very well informed, we felt extremely safe and well cared for and my daughter has had a perfect result from her surgery! Highly recommended.

After rupturing my tendon to my thumb and this happening during a period with COVID.I have been treated so well, the level of medical efforts with surgery and recovery have been outstanding. I cannot thank Dr Ecker enough and his staff and OT’s for their wonderful caring in helping me in my road to recovery. Great doctors and nicest staff at the Bibra lake surgery. Phone service is terrible though. Takes forever to get a operator to answer.

After struggling with tubular breasts since puberty and an overhanging belly from 3 pregnancies and extreme weight loss I decided to finally take the plunge. Dr Blennerhassett and his team in the office and nurse were extremely understanding and exceptionally helpful. The completed work done on me has resulted in something beyond what I thought would be achievable. The aftercare can not be faulted. I highly recommend Dr Blennerhassett.

I had thumb ligament repair surgery by Jeff but doesn't get better. He is a good guy but clinic was always mess when I was there. 6 months post surgery rehab with therapists are not great. Therapists work for Jeff but unprofessional and helpless. I tried to see other hand surgeons after 6 months surgery but other surgeons don't want to see me as 2nd opinions. So basically no treatment options in WA. Which is sad. However, Jeff has good reputation in WA. I am pretty sure he is good at some surgeries.
